Projects

Apartments & Condominiums

A large part of our business is in the commercial real estate sector. Luxury condominium  communities and retail parks are huge opportunities for beautiful spaces. We focus on the importance of creating a positive, environmentally responsible and functional investment.

Universities & Schools

We have extensive experience in remodeling and restoring existing educational sports institutions. If you need more space, our designers are masters of flow when creating and incorporating new additions to any sports facility.

Residential Homes

Built for eye-catching beauty and maximum playing ability, we know how to make the most out of limited playing space. If you don't have room to build a court, we'll build up to incorporate anything from Basketball hoops install to resurfacing tennis courts.

Our Process - New surface

step 1

step 1

step 1

New court surfacing requires an Acid wash to etch and clean the concrete. Next,  a pressure wash is required to remove any debris, dirt, and chemicals. An adhesion promoter will then be applied to ensure the base coat can adhere to the concrete

step 2

step 1

step 1

Whether it be a new surface or an existing surface, a base coat will then be applied. This layer is typically black in color. This helps visualize and ensure a consistent application process and typically takes a few hours to cure, depending on the weather.

Step 3

step 1

Step 3

The 3rd phase is spent applying color coats to the black base coat. This layer contains finer sand and will require an hour between each application. Two coats are applied per color. Next, measurements are taken and chalked, and the lines are primed and painted.

Custom Graphics

Custom logos, team logos, or unique graphics can be added to create a very distinct and personal court. Once logos are painted, we cover them with a clear UV protectant coat to ensure longevity and reliability even with years of consistent use.
